A fine example and winner of Gambero Rosso award, Il Feudi di Romans produce their Pinot Grigio in favourable conditions of clay, gravel and sand along the historical waterways of Friuli, in the cooler climate of Italy’s northeast. Straw yellow in colour, the nose is true to the variety and pleasing. In the mouth it is dry and nicely orchestrated. Light and refreshing, Pinot Grigio can be enjoyed with almost any food.

Ingredients:
- 500g fresh scallops, thinly sliced

- 1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
