Description

KT Pinot Gris is a crisp, lightly textured Pinot Gris from Watervale in the Clare Valley.

Stainless steel and early bottling keep this fresh, with a little more texture than you'd find in a Grigio. Kerri Thompson makes it from Watervale fruit, working with a small number of growers in and around the town. The valley's southern end has cool nights, which help the grapes stay fresh.

Pear and citrus, gentle texture and a clean finish. Serve at 7–9°C with seafood pasta, fish tacos or Vietnamese salads.
