La Boca Las Calles Malbec 2020
La Boca Las Calles Malbec 2020
Description
Description
Sourced from vineyards in the Uco Valley, we are talking elevations of up to 3500 metres. Most of these vines are around thirty years old, now providing concentrated fruit flavours, and being at the southern extreme of fine wine production in Mendoza, it truly is a much cooler climate here. La Boca Malbec is all about these cooler climate characters, and without any use of oak, the style is focussed on retaining wonderful modern Malbec fruitiness.
Wow! This is absolutely bursting with luscious ripe fruits; from blue fruits to blackberry, it's all juicy fruits here on in. With mouth-filling tannins, that are not drying, just well balanced, the flavour continues and layers with sweet smoky spices with a lively unabated finish. Deliciousness!
