- 500g white fish fillets (such as cod or sea bass)
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- Olive oil, for sautéing
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
