Le Ragose Valpolicella Classico DOC is a youthful, vibrant red wine from the hills of Veneto. Made from 50% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, 20% Corvinone, and 10% other local grape varieties, it offers bright aromas of sour cherry, red berries, wild herbs, and a touch of spice. Fresh and juicy on the palate with fine tannins and a savoury, elegant finish. This is a medium-bodied wine best enjoyed within one to two years of release to fully appreciate its fragrance and liveliness.

Gnocchi al Ragù di Verdure (Gnocchi with Vegetable Ragù)
Ingredients:
- 500g potato gnocchi
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, fresh basil to taste
Instructions:
- Sauté onion, carrot, celery, and zucchini in olive oil until soft.
- Add tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and basil.
- Cook gnocchi until they float. Drain and toss with the ragù.
