Ingredients

  • 2 medium courgettes (zucchinis), very thinly sliced
  • 1 green apple, thinly sliced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • A handful of fresh basil leaves, torn
  • A few mint leaves (optional)

Instructions
