Description

Mike Press Sauvignon Blanc is a zesty, estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc from the Kenton Valley in the Adelaide Hills, made for drinking young.

Up in the Mount Lofty Ranges the height means cold nights and a longer season, and Sauvignon Blanc responds with crisp acidity and citrus, tropical and herbal notes. Fermentation is in stainless steel, with no oak, to keep it fresh. Mike spent years making wine for larger Australian companies before planting this vineyard with his family near Lenswood.

Passionfruit, lime and a herbal edge keep it lively. Chill it well, 6–8°C, and serve with oysters, goat's cheese, fish tacos or a summer salad.
