Description
Description
This Sicilian estate just an hour southwest of Palermo sources fruit from around the ancient town of Gibellina and on Mt. Etna. Tenute Orestiadi is a project born of the Orestiadi Foundation, based in Gibellina, and a local co-op Cantine Ermes. Sicily is an island with a long tradition of winemaking and Molino a Vento (Tenute Orestiadi) in the hills at Gibellina is a well-known vineyard. They grow indigenous Sicilian varietals. Unique terroir characterised by different soils, microclimates, and altitudes create selections of native single vineyards of Tenute Orestiadi.
