Mt Difficulty Roaring Meg Sauvignon Blanc is a zesty, citrus-driven Sauvignon from Central Otago.

Named after a fast-flowing stream in the Kawarau Gorge, the Roaring Meg range is Mt Difficulty's fresh, early-drinking label. Central Otago's dry, sunny days and cold nights help this Sauvignon keep a bright, crisp line. It is pale green-straw, with honeysuckle, lemon zest, gooseberry and ruby grapefruit, and a juicy palate of grapefruit, lime and orange that finishes with a stony, saline edge and a touch of tropical fruit. It is unoaked and bottled young to keep that freshness.

Serve it icy cold with fish tacos, freshly shucked oysters or a Greek salad.
