Ingredients:

  • 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss prawns to coat.
  2. Grill prawns over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
  3. Melt butter and drizzle over prawns. Garnish with fresh parsley.
