Redbank Victorian Pinot Grigio is a fresh, crisp Grigio with pear and apple fruit.

Pinot Grigio has found a real home in north-east Victoria, where Italian families pioneered the variety alongside Prosecco and Sangiovese. From Redbank in the King Valley, this wine is pale straw with green-gold tints and aromas of fresh Corella pear, with subtle musk, rose and spice. Pear and apple compote flavours are balanced by refreshing grapefruit-like acidity, and it finishes crisp and fresh, true to the Grigio style. It is made to be enjoyed young, while its fruit is at its liveliest.

Serve well chilled. It is a great match for bruschetta, grilled sardines, chicken skewers or a simple pasta with lemon and parmesan.
