Stanton & Killeen Rosé 2022

Stanton & Killeen Rosé is a dry, crisp Rutherglen pink made from Iberian grapes.

Tempranillo is the grape here, according to the supplier, one of the Iberian varieties the family first grew for fortified wine. It's picked earlier than for red, and the juice sees only a short time on skins to take a pale colour. A cool fermentation keeps it dry and fresh.

Pale, dry and lightly savoury with a crisp finish. Chill it to 8–10°C and serve with grilled prawns, salads, charcuterie or a lazy summer lunch.
