Recipe

Lamb Kofta

Ingredients:

  • 500g ground lamb
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for grilling

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix lamb, onion, garlic, spices, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape into small sausage-like kofta and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Brush with olive oil and grill over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Serve with pita bread and yoghurt sauce.
