Ingredients:
- 500g large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
