Torres Selección de Torres Celeste Crianza is a rich and elegant red wine from Ribera del Duero, Spain. Made from 100% Tempranillo, it reveals aromas of blackberries, plums, and violets, with hints of vanilla, spice, and toasty oak. The palate is medium to full-bodied with smooth tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, harmonious finish.

Recipe

Grilled Lamb Chops with Herb Rub

Ingredients:

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Rub the mixture over the lamb chops.
  2. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat and cook lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  3. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
