Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Millesimato DOCG Extra Dry Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. The wine then ages naturally on its lees to acquire the right structure. It is then moved to an autoclave where the froth takes place (second fermentation). At this point the sparkling wine rests for a month in an autoclave and is subsequently bottled. It has a straw yellow colour. The nose is rich, fruity, with notes of yellow apple and pear which end in pleasant citrus nuances. In the mouth it is soft and balanced. The pleasant sapidity is added to the sweeter notes of fruit, giving sensations of pleasant freshness.
