This elegant rosé shines with a bright rose quartz hue and offers an enticing bouquet of fresh roses, violets, and small red berries. On the palate, it delivers a well-structured body, balanced by a refreshing acidity and an intense mineral finish. Aged on fine lees for added depth, this rosé is a refined expression of Montepulciano, capturing both vibrancy and sophistication.

    Brodetto di Pesce Marchigiano (Marche-Style Seafood Stew)

    Ingredients:

    • 500g mixed seafood (prawns, mussels, calamari, white fish)
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 red capsicum, diced
    • 400g canned tomatoes, crushed
    • 1 cup dry white wine
    • 1 cup fish stock
    • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • Crusty bread, for serving

    Instructions:

    1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté the onion, garlic, and capsicum until soft.
    2. Add the white wine and let it reduce for a few minutes.
    3. Stir in the canned tomatoes and fish stock, then season with salt and pepper.
    4. Simmer for 15 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
    5. Add the seafood and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the mussels open and the fish is cooked through.
    6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with crusty bread.

    Tip: For a richer flavour, add a splash of Velenosi Rosé to the broth before serving.
