Description
Description
Agricola Punica Samas Isola dei Nuraghi is a luminous Sardinian white named after the ancient Punic God of the Sun - a fitting tribute to the warmth and brilliance captured in every glass. Crafted from a refined blend of Vermentino and Chardonnay grown in predominantly sandy soils, this is a wine that balances Mediterranean vitality with polished elegance.
Hand-harvested at dawn to preserve freshness and varietal purity, the grapes undergo cryomaceration to protect delicate aromatics before a slow, temperature-controlled fermentation. The wine rests on lees for around 40 days, building texture and silkiness, before the varieties are blended and matured in small concrete vats for three months. Neither filtered nor fined, Samas retains its natural character and vibrancy.
A modern Sardinian white that is crisp yet textural, expressive yet poised. Perfect with grilled fish, sushi, or simply enjoyed as a luxurious midweek escape.
