Amelia Park Chardonnay 2025

Amelia Park Chardonnay is grown in Margaret River, where the variety is at its most reliable in Australia.

The region's position between two capes, with the Indian Ocean on both sides, gives a long and even ripening season, so Chardonnay reaches full flavour while keeping acidity. Amelia Park was established in 2009 and draws on Margaret River and Great Southern fruit across its range. The wine is barrel-fermented in part, with lees work for texture and restraint on new oak.

Serve at 12 degrees with roast chicken, fish or a soft cheese. Drink over the next five years.
