Description

Amelia Park Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a selection of the best Margaret River Cabernet of the vintage.

Margaret River produces Australia's most consistently structured Cabernet, a result of gravelly loam over granite and the maritime climate that ripens the variety slowly and completely. The Reserve tier takes the strongest parcels and matures them longer in French oak than the standard range.

Decant and serve at 17 degrees with roast lamb, aged beef or hard cheese. It rewards twelve years.
