Amelia Park Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is Margaret River's signature white blend.

Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc have been paired since Bordeaux, where Semillon lends weight and texture to the aromatic lift of Sauvignon Blanc, and the combination took hold in Margaret River because the region's gravelly soils suit both. The wine is fermented cool and bottled early, with little or no oak, for drinking young.

Serve at 9 degrees with oysters, goat's cheese or green vegetables. Drink within three years.
