Aphelion Brini Grenache Noir 2024

Aphelion Brini Grenache Noir comes from a single old-vine block on the Brini family's McLaren Vale property.

The Brini family have grown grapes at Blewitt Springs for generations, and their old bush-vine Grenache sits on the deep sand that gives the sub-region its perfumed, fine-boned reds. Aphelion bottles the site separately. Fermentation includes whole bunches and uses native yeast, with maturation in older French oak.

Serve slightly cool at 16 degrees with lamb, charcuterie or roast beetroot. Drink over the next ten years.
