Aphelion Welkin Rosé 2022

Aphelion Welkin Rosé is a dry McLaren Vale rosé built on Grenache from old bush vines.

Grenache makes the pale, savoury style of rosé associated with Provence, and McLaren Vale's old dry-grown bush vines give it the perfume without the sweetness the style can fall into. Aphelion picks specifically for rosé rather than bleeding it off a red ferment, then presses straight to tank and ferments cool with native yeast.

Serve at 9 degrees with seafood, salads or a long lunch. Drink within two years of the vintage.
