Grilled Calamari

Ingredients:

  • 500g fresh calamari, cleaned
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, toss calamari with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill calamari for 2-3 minutes per side until tender and lightly charred.
  4. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley and a wedge of lemon.
