Ashbrook Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Ashbrook Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is made only in the stronger vintages, from the oldest Wilyabrup blocks.

The Reserve takes the best parcels of a vineyard planted in the 1970s and gives them longer maturation in French oak, with extra time in bottle before release. Margaret River Cabernet ages well on its tannin structure and acidity, which is what the extra selection is for. Ashbrook remains in family hands.

Decant well ahead and serve at 17 degrees with aged beef, venison or hard cheese. It rewards twenty years.
