Audrey Wilkinson Rosé 2026

Audrey Wilkinson Rosé is a dry pink wine from the historic Pokolbin estate in the Hunter Valley.

The Hunter's early picking window suits rosé: fruit comes in at lower sugar with acidity intact, which is what the style needs. Audrey Wilkinson planted the property in 1866 and it is now one of the oldest continuously working vineyards in Australia. The fruit is pressed straight to tank rather than bled from a red ferment, then fermented cool.

Serve at 9 degrees with seafood, salads or a summer lunch. Drink within two years of the vintage.
