Audrey Wilkinson Winemaker's Selection Chardonnay comes from the best parcels on the Pokolbin estate.

The Winemaker's Selection range is where the estate bottles its strongest fruit with more cellar work behind it, in this case barrel fermentation and lees ageing that the standard Chardonnay does not receive. The Hunter's early harvest keeps the acidity in place through that process. The vineyards date from 1866 and sit on a ridge below the Brokenback Range.

Serve at 12 degrees with roast chicken, rich fish or a soft cheese. It develops over six years.
