Bubb + Pooley Pinot Noir 375ml is a half bottle of Tasmanian Pinot Noir, a convenient size for a single meal.

Bubb + Pooley is the Tasmanian label of winemaker Anna Pooley and her partner Justin Bubb, working alongside the family's Pooley Wines in southern Tasmania. Pinot Noir is Tasmania's signature red grape, and the island's cool maritime climate, long daylight hours and slow ripening give it the fine tannin and bright acidity the variety needs. Tasmanian Pinot Noir is typically fermented in small open vats with gentle extraction and matured in French oak barrel, with new oak kept in check so that the fruit and site come through. This is the same wine as the standard bottle, presented in a 375ml half bottle under screwcap.

Fine and fragrant, it suits duck, mushroom dishes and salmon; serve slightly cool at around 15 degrees.
