Description

By.Ott is a Côtes de Provence rosé from the house of Domaines Ott, made in a lighter, more accessible style.

Domaines Ott was founded in 1896 by Marcel Ott, an Alsatian agricultural engineer who came south, and the family built its reputation on serious Provence rosé long before the style was fashionable. By.Ott draws on fruit from across the Côtes de Provence rather than the family's three estates, giving a wine for everyday drinking. Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah are the classic varieties, pressed straight away for a pale colour.

Serve at 10 degrees with grilled fish, salads or a long lunch. Drink within two years.
