Description

Cambria Julia's Vineyard Pinot Noir is grown in the Santa Maria Valley, named for the second of the Jackson daughters.

The valley's east-west orientation draws cold ocean air inland all afternoon, giving one of the longest growing seasons anywhere in California, which suits Pinot Noir. Julia's Vineyard sits on an old sandy terrace with low vigour. The wine is fermented in small lots and matured in French oak with restrained new wood.

Serve at 15 degrees with duck, salmon or mushroom dishes. Drink over the next seven years.
