Recipe

Crab Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 250g crab meat
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, egg, mustard, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form into small patties and refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the crab cakes for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Serve warm with a lemon wedge or tartar sauce.
