- 250g crab meat
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil for frying
