Cantine Prà Soave Classico DOC Colle Sant'Antonio is a single vineyard Soave from one of the most admired names in the Veneto.

Graziano Pra works at Monteforte d'Alpone, in the heart of the Soave Classico zone east of Verona, where the hills are volcanic basalt rather than the limestone found on the western side of the appellation. Garganega is the grape of Soave, a late ripening variety that holds its acidity and takes on real substance when yields are kept low on hillside sites. Colle Sant'Antonio comes from a steep terraced slope and is the most ambitious wine in the range, fermented and then aged on its lees for an extended period, so that it reaches the market several years after the estate's other Soave bottlings.

A wine for the table with white fish, risotto or roast chicken, and one that will keep developing in bottle for years; serve at around 12 degrees.
