Cardinale Intrada Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Cardinale Intrada is a Sauvignon Blanc from Napa Valley, the estate's only white wine.

Intrada means entrance or opening, which is the role the wine plays alongside the house's Cabernet. Napa Sauvignon Blanc from cooler sites gives citrus and stone fruit rather than the herbaceous edge the variety shows in cooler regions, and a portion of barrel fermentation adds texture without covering the fruit.

Serve at 10 degrees with oysters, goat's cheese or grilled fish. Drink over the next four years.
