Laherte Frères Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is a dry non-vintage Champagne from France, made from Chardonnay.

Blanc de blancs means white grapes only, which in Champagne means Chardonnay, and brut nature means no sugar is added at disgorgement, so the wine goes out as dry as it finished. The label gives 2023 as the base year. Laherte Frères is a grower at Chavot in the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay, farming its own vines.

A zero-dosage blanc de blancs reads lean and chalky, with citrus rather than toast and a dry, cutting finish. Serve at 9 to 10 degrees with oysters, sashimi, or as an aperitif on its own.
