Description

Taittinger Nocturne is a sec Champagne, with noticeably more dosage than a brut.

Sec is a sweetness level, not a style: where brut carries up to twelve grams of sugar per litre, a sec sits between seventeen and thirty-two, which makes the wine rounder and better suited to desserts or to drinking late. Nocturne was made with that purpose in mind. The blend follows Taittinger's Chardonnay-led house style, aged in the chalk cellars under Reims.

Serve cold at 8 degrees with fruit desserts, pastries or on its own after dinner. Drink on release.
