Tarte au Citron et Fromage Blanc (Lemon and Fromage Blanc Tart)
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 200g fromage blanc or cream cheese
- 100g sugar
- 2 lemons, juiced and zested
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp flour
- Powdered sugar, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a tart tin with puff pastry and trim the edges.
- In a bowl, mix fromage blanc, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, eggs, and flour until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pastry shell and spread evenly.
