Description

Days & Daze Freethinker is an organically grown South Australian Shiraz.

Organic certification in Australian viticulture means no synthetic fertilisers, herbicides or pesticides, which is more achievable in South Australia's dry warm regions than in humid ones where disease pressure is high. The wine is made in a fresh, unforced style with minimal oak, for drinking young.

Serve at 16 degrees with barbecued meats, lamb or a vegetable dish. Drink within five years.
