White Fish en Papillote with Lemon and Herbs
Ingredients:
- 2 white fish fillets (such as sole or sea bass), about 150–200g each
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- A few sprigs of fresh thyme and rosemary
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Parchment paper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C. Cut two large sheets of parchment paper.
- Place each fish fillet in the center of a parchment sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
