Description
Description
Domaine Félines Jourdan Picpoul de Pinet comes from the shore of the Thau lagoon in the Languedoc.
Picpoul means lip-stinger, a reference to the variety's sharp acidity, and the appellation sits on limestone and clay beside a lagoon famous for its oyster beds, which is the match the wine was made for. Picpoul de Pinet was recognised as an appellation in its own right in 2013. The wine is fermented cool without oak.
Serve cold at 9 degrees with oysters, mussels or grilled sardines. Drink within three years.
