Description

Domaine Ferret Le Tournant de Pouilly is a premier cru site in the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation.

Twenty-two climats were promoted to premier cru in Pouilly-Fuissé in 2020, the first new premier crus in Burgundy for decades. Le Tournant de Pouilly sits on limestone scree below the Solutré rock. Chardonnay here gives a fuller, riper wine than in the Côte de Beaune while keeping its acidity.

Serve at 12 degrees with lobster, roast chicken or a gruyère tart. It develops over eight years.
