Domaine Hubert & Laurent Lignier Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru is a Grand Cru red Burgundy from the celebrated Charmes-Chambertin vineyard in Gevrey-Chambertin, one of the domaine's most prestigious bottlings.

Charmes-Chambertin lies within the ring of Grand Cru vineyards surrounding Gevrey-Chambertin on the Côte de Nuits, prized for the depth and finesse its limestone-rich soils can bring to Pinot Noir. Domaine Hubert & Laurent Lignier, founded in 1885 and based in Morey-Saint-Denis, applies the same old-vine, low-intervention philosophy to this Grand Cru parcel as across its range — hand-harvesting, whole-bunch fermentation and up to two years' barrel ageing before bottling by gravity, unfiltered.

A wine of genuine Grand Cru pedigree, it suits considered occasions and further time in the cellar.
