Domaine Hubert & Laurent Lignier Morey-Saint-Denis 'Trilogie' is a certified-organic village red Burgundy blended from three old-vine parcels, here bottled in magnum format by one of Morey-Saint-Denis's leading family estates.

Domaine Hubert & Laurent Lignier has farmed its vineyards without synthetic chemicals since the 1990s and has been certified organic since 2019, continuing practices the family began in 2006. Founded in 1885 by Jacques Lignier and built up across generations through Henri, Hubert and now Laurent Lignier, the eleven-hectare estate favours old vines, massal selection and a patient, low-intervention style of winemaking, including extended barrel ageing and unfiltered bottling by gravity.

Bottled in the traditional magnum format prized for its slow, graceful ageing, this is a wine equally suited to laying down as to sharing at the table.
