Domaine la Réméjeanne Côtes du Rhône Les Chèvrefeuilles Blanc is a certified organic white led by old-vine Clairette from the estate's cooler, east-facing sites.

Chèvrefeuilles is French for honeysuckle, a scent inescapable in the southern Rhône in spring. The Klein family farms at Sabran, on the western side of the valley, and has long been respected for supple, aromatic Côtes du Rhône reds; under Olivier Klein the whites have reached the same standard. He is a firm believer in the character and freshness of old-vine Clairette, which now makes up half this blend, with 25 per cent Roussanne and 25 per cent Grenache Blanc completing it. All the fruit comes from the domaine's cooler, east-facing parcels, where limestone helps preserve acidity. The grapes were whole-bunch pressed and fermented with natural yeasts, then rested on fine lees in concrete for eight months before bottling, which gives texture without any oak character.

Best in its first three years; serve at 10–12°C with grilled fish, roast vegetables or a herbed goat's cheese.
