Domaine La Suffrène Bandol Rouge is a traditional, Mourvèdre-led red from one of Bandol's respected family estates, presented here in a convenient 500ml format.

Domaine La Suffrène farms terraced vineyards on the clay-limestone soils typical of Bandol, on the Mediterranean coast east of Marseille, where the amphitheatre of hillsides and maritime influence allow Mourvèdre to ripen slowly and fully. The estate is run by the Gravier family, who continue a hands-on, traditional approach to farming and winemaking that reflects Bandol's long viticultural heritage.

A robust, savoury red suited to grilled and slow-cooked meats, it's a great introduction to the character of Bandol.
