Domaine Perrot-Minot Bourgogne 'La Gouzotte' is a regional red Burgundy drawn from a favoured parcel, offering an accessible entry point into the domaine's Pinot Noir style.

Domaine Perrot-Minot is based in Morey-Saint-Denis, in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits, where the family has farmed vines across four generations. Christophe Perrot-Minot, who took over the estate in the 1990s, reshaped its winemaking from the 2006 vintage onward, moving away from heavy extraction toward a gentler, more transparent style that favours finesse over power. Farming across the domaine's holdings is meticulous and yields are kept low, with only a modest proportion of new oak used in the cellar, allowing each appellation's character to come through clearly.
