Domaine Perrot-Minot, based in Morey-Saint-Denis, has built its reputation on a deep portfolio of premier and grand cru sites across the Côte de Nuits, assembled over four generations of the family's ownership. Under Christophe Perrot-Minot, the estate shifted its winemaking approach from the 2006 vintage, dialling back extraction in favour of a gentler, more precise style that lets each vineyard's character speak for itself. Farming is exacting and yields are kept low, with only a light hand of new oak used in the cellar.
