Domaine Perrot-Minot Gevrey-Chambertin is a village-level red Burgundy from one of the Cote de Nuits' most respected appellations, known for its sturdy, savoury style of Pinot Noir.

Domaine Perrot-Minot is based in Morey-Saint-Denis, in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits, where the family has farmed vines across four generations. Christophe Perrot-Minot, who took over the estate in the 1990s, reshaped its winemaking from the 2006 vintage onward, moving away from heavy extraction toward a gentler, more transparent style that favours finesse over power. Farming across the domaine's holdings is meticulous and yields are kept low, with only a modest proportion of new oak used in the cellar, allowing each appellation's character to come through clearly.

This is a classic, food-friendly expression of village Gevrey-Chambertin, well suited to roast meats and hearty Burgundian fare.
