Domaine Sylvie Esmonin Bourgogne Aligoté is a crisp, mineral white from one of Gevrey-Chambertin's most respected family estates, made from Burgundy's often-overlooked Aligoté grape.

The Esmonin family has farmed vines in Gevrey-Chambertin for generations, and Sylvie Esmonin, who took over the domaine in the 1990s, farms organically, though uncertified, across the estate's Côte de Nuits holdings. While the domaine is best known for its Gevrey-Chambertin bottlings, including the celebrated Clos Saint-Jacques, its Bourgogne Aligoté draws on the same meticulous, low-intervention approach, with hand-harvested fruit, gentle handling and minimal manipulation in the cellar, to let the variety's natural energy and precision shine through.

Bright and refreshing, this is an easy-drinking white suited to apéritif, shellfish or simply lively, everyday drinking.
