Domaine Tempier Bandol 'La Migoua' is a single-vineyard Bandol red from one of the estate's most celebrated hillside parcels, set slightly inland from the coast.

The Migoua vineyard sits on cooler, higher ground away from the sea, its terraced rows of Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah planted among pine and garrigue scrub on rugged limestone-clay soil. Since the Peyraud family began bottling the site separately, it has become one of the most sought-after individual cuvées to emerge from Bandol, prized for its structure and sense of place.

A serious, cellar-worthy expression of the appellation, it suits slow-cooked and richly flavoured fare, or a few years of patient cellaring.
