Description

Domaine Vincent Girardin Montrachet Grand Cru is a white Burgundy from one of the most celebrated white wine vineyards in the world.

Montrachet is a small grand cru vineyard straddling the border of Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet in the Côte de Beaune, its gently sloping, ideally exposed limestone terroir long regarded as unmatched for Chardonnay. Wines from this tiny vineyard have carried the highest reputation in white Burgundy for centuries. Domaine Vincent Girardin, based in nearby Meursault, farms a parcel of this storied site as part of a range extending from village to grand cru across the Côte de Beaune.
